This policy explains how orders placed through venomred.com move from order preparation to delivery, including the shipping methods, charges, estimates, and information customers should know along the way.
Before the Parcel Enters the Delivery Network
After an order is successfully placed, it normally requires 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, available shipment or tracking information may be provided by email.
The Shipping Method Determines the Cost
Venomred currently provides the following shipping options where available for the order and destination.

Express Shipping
Shipping fee: $15.99
The delivery time for Express Shipping can vary according to the destination, carrier, and circumstances affecting transportation. A fixed Express delivery period is therefore not promised under this policy.
Shipping options available to a particular customer may depend on the delivery destination and order.
A $39.99 Merchandise Subtotal Changes Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal before tax reaches $39.99 or more, subject to availability for the applicable order and destination.
The threshold is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal rather than taxes or other charges.
Where available, the applicable shipping option will be reflected during checkout.
Once the Package Is in Transit
The 15–20 business day Standard Shipping period is an estimated delivery time rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Actual transit time can be affected by circumstances such as carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, or conditions at the destination.
Where tracking is available, there may also be a delay between shipment and the first tracking update while the carrier receives and scans the package.
The Address Travels With the Order
Customers should review their shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
An incomplete or incorrect address can prevent or delay delivery.

A tracking page does not always explain why a shipment is delayed or why a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
